Hello Everybody,

Just a quick note to invite you to my show in Lawrence,
Massachusetts with one of my very favorite friends to share a bill
with, Louise Coombe.

The show is this Saturday, November 16 at 7:30 pm at the One
Broadway Collaborative. The thing about this show is that it will also
be available to be viewed online. Tulsa, Nova Scotia, Turlock, California, 
Ho Chi Minh City… anywhere you can think of will be able to see it.
In-person and online TICKETS are available now. 

The following weekend, November 21 through the 24th I will be in Portland, Maine at the Northeast Regional Folk Alliance. This is a chance to gather with my song-making friends and share what is happening now. It will be a pleasure to be back in Portland, Maine city that I lived in in the early 1990s. My memories of that time are
fond if only slightly hazy. If you are at the conference, here is a LIST OF SHOWCASES that I will be performing on my website. It is always an inspiring weekend.

One final thing, I hope to revive my live broadcast online in the
tradition of my COVID era Wednesday night shows: The MDB
SONG HOUR. I miss my regular Wednesday night online crowd. I
wonder if computer song singing is still something that people
enjoy. As for me, I am a creature of the many years I spent
playing regular gigs in tourist town bars. I am built for an audience
and I miss that experience during slow times. I’m going to give an
online show a go and see who is into it very soon.  Personally, I
think there is always a place for a gathering of people to forget
their troubles whether they’re online or in person in big rooms or
small. Always. Details coming.
