Christina
Ward is among the most promising
upcoming artists. An innovative lyricist and dynamic vocalist, her writing is
an honest reflection of emotion and experience. A compelling performer with
a strong presence, she grabs hold of the audience with an earthy blend of folk
and soul. Her songs have been described as soulful, boasting an organic sound
with engaging melodies and gripping lyrics, her rich, powerful voice rising
above intricate acoustic guitar lines.
Elza
has a world class voice singing voice and songs that you'll hum for days, including
"Everything To Me" as heard on "Smallville" on the WB she is a a blend of Joni
Mitchell and Paula Cole. The songs are catchy, melodic and radio friendly.
Jenifer
Jackson is sultry and soulful as she delivers intelligent,
groovy, sexy delicate pop like an atmospheric combination of Norah Jones, Aimee
Mann and a sister of Nick Drake. Her songs are full of deep emotion, desire,
and hope, and they're performed to perfection.

Mike Lasala-Mike’s muse has taken him from guitarist in a Connecticut-based hard rock band, to wandering troubadour as he spent two and a half months traveling cross-country, to performing songwriter in the coffeehouses of Northern California, and back to the East coast, with each experience serving to strengthen Mike both musically, and as a human being, thus prompting the self-imposed moniker, Acoustic | Rock | Evolving | Soul.
Michal - Seventeen magazine says "a more eloquent Fiona Apple with a stronger voice, she hits her stride when she makes melancholic sound majestic,”
Shandy Lawson - "Seedy acoustic folk-noir stories of irony, talking dogs and ghosts. And crime. And aging painters who really blew it in the good old days"
Looking foward to seeing you

A review for As You Make Your Way from DEC MINOR 7TH MAGAZINE

Marc Douglas Berardo "As You Make Your Way" 2003
Featuring a voice in the John
Gorka camp, Marc Douglas Berardo drives home this CD with fluid, melodic
string arrangements based on his acoustic guitar. His lonesome, clear voice
easily carries an aching beauty through introspective songs such as "Untethered"
and "The Rum Diary." He digs into darker beauty in the daring 911 song "Just
One." One can easily imagine his ability to pull it all off with just his guitar
and earnest voice -- a great quality for an active folk circuit performer. "The
Story (Life After Hemingway)" is a lyrical stand-out, a kind of anti-"Starry
Starry Night" for serious students of the heart. © Steve Klingaman:
